Choice of entree and main, or main and dessert. Entree: truffled brie cheese souffle with candied walnuts, or a charcuterie selection of prosciutto di Parma, wagyu pastrami, chicken liver parfait, pickles, chutney and sourdough. Main: 250g Black Angus oyster blade (100 day grain fed, MBS 6+), or 160g Grasslands premium pasture fed eye fillet (MB2+). Both served with mash potato and red wine jus. Vegetarian options available on request. Dessert: creme brulee with caramelised banana, or warm date pudding with salted caramel sauce and cinnamon ice cream. Also available at dinner the same day, 5:30pm to 9:30pm.
